All tools run entirely in your browser. Prompttail does not require an account, login, or payment. We do not send your prompts to any server or third-party service for processing.

3. No Account or Payment Required

Prompttail is a free service. There are no user accounts, no login requirements, and no payment processing. You may use all available tools without providing any personal information.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, design, code, linter rules, template text, and all other materials on Prompttail are the intellectual property of Prompttail and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the site's content without prior written permission, except as described below.

Your prompts are yours. Any prompts you write, paste, or generate by filling in template placeholders belong to you. You are free to use those prompts for any purpose, personal or commercial, without restriction.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Prompttail, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for the content of the prompts you create or modify using our tools.
• You are responsible for how you use any prompts generated, improved, or derived from Prompttail's tools and templates.
• You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Disclaimers

Prompttail is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Prompttail does not guarantee that:

• The linter feedback will improve the quality of AI-generated outputs in all cases.
• Templates will produce specific or desired results when used with any AI model.
• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
• Any analysis or suggestions provided by the tools are complete, accurate, or suitable for your use case.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prompttail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
